Paul met founder Derk via a mutual business acquaintance—actually, Derk’s brother Jeroen, with whom Paul worked in the past.
Derk had already created a basic website and some white papers, but Paul advised him to start from scratch. Together, we built a sound go-to-market strategy for the Dutch market and then intelligently sparked the brand.
Ensley Van den Berg created four phases of a strategy, concept, and deployment plan. That way, Derk could stay clear on the deliverables and optimise his involvement in deploying the ideas.
After careful preparation, FietsvandeZaak entered the Dutch market with a blast in 2024.
