Driven by her Attention, Love and Encouragement methodology, Kisa is very vocal about her passions. She can voice the proposition of her clients like no other. Kisa is a result-driven, highly energetic personality who loves a good laugh. Born ready, she is always up for a challenge.

After completing the IC University of Applied Sciences in 1991, Kisa was a Public Relations Officer for the Israel Government Tourist Office in Amsterdam. To develop her commercial skills, she transferred to EL AL Israel Airlines, where she worked as a Sales Manager responsible for all passenger sales in the Dutch market.

When turning 30 years old, she realised it was about damn time to start her own business! She introduced a new concept within the MICE (Meeting Incentives, Congresses and Events) industry. TravelMarketing was created, where she worked as a Managing Partner for 20 years, servicing more than 40 Destination Management Companies worldwide, increasing their revenues from the Benelux market.

When COVID-19 kicked in, it was time to change course, and Kisa sold her company shares. She fulfilled a long-lasting dream to manage a hotel lodge in Uganda for three months, lifting the property to a higher level of service and increasing profitability substantially.
